KORU® Apple Fruit Rolls

Add 1 cup fresh or frozen berries to KORU® Apple sauce! Spice it up with cinnamon! Spread fruit roll with soft cream cheese or nut butter and roll up for a nutritious snack!


1 1/2 cups KORU® Apple sauce per tray

  1. Cover dehydrator tray with cooking paper
  2. Spread 1 1/2 cups KORU® Apple sauce evenly with rubber spatula to 1/4" (6mm) thickness (make sure it is not too thin or it will get crunchy)
  3. Set dehydrator temperature at 135F (57C) and dehydrate for 8-10 hours
  4. When ready, the fruit should be smooth, not sticky, and peel off the trays easily
  5. Cut to desired lengths with kitchen scissors
  6. Roll and tie with twine 
  7. Store in an airtight container or wrap with plastic wrap

If you do not have a dehydrator, the drying process can be done in the oven at 135 for 8-12 hours. Spread the applesauce on a metal oven tray covered with cooking paper.
