KORU® Apple Fruit Rolls

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups KORU® Apple sauce per tray

Method
- Cover dehydrator tray with cooking paper
- Spread 1 1/2 cups KORU® Apple sauce evenly with rubber spatula to 1/4" (6mm) thickness (make sure it is not too thin or it will get crunchy)
- Set dehydrator temperature at 135F (57C) and dehydrate for 8-10 hours
- When ready, the fruit should be smooth, not sticky, and peel off the trays easily
- Cut to desired lengths with kitchen scissors
- Roll and tie with twine
- Store in an airtight container or wrap with plastic wrap
If you do not have a dehydrator, the drying process can be done in the oven at 135 for 8-12 hours. Spread the applesauce on a metal oven tray covered with cooking paper.
